Another great way to communicate is through our forums. We see our forums serving two purposes. First, the forums reflect our community. This is where staff interact, members find peers who share interests, and learn more about Photo Books, Eh! and print-on-demand. We believe the involvement with the community fosters our growth and an overall feeling of being connected.
Secondly, the forums are a great place to receive Customer Support. We encourage questions to be posted to the forums because many times questions can be answered quickly by other community members. Additionally, when a staff member responds to an issue on the forums, the response educates all who view the post.
